We use to have another brand name. However we were glad when we moved to our new place and we had GE installed. It's been great so far and our experience has been very pleasant with our washer and dryer.
This washing machine exceeded all of my expectations. The sensing of each load is great and I can wash big loads. It's very silent so that's a huge plus. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a very nice and reliable washing machine.
I'm not a fan of white colors in appliances but this washer is awesome in everything else. I love the empty space in the drum, no middle piece in the middle stealing space, and I love how many settings it has. It also helps that her sensor help with the water use. Definitely recommend it.
We love our top-loading washer from GE. It has a large capacity and many cleaning options. It handles large blankets and comforters with ease. This is a great value washer!

I love my washer and the drier i also got to go with it and it's ge also but the owners manual on your ge site is for a washer with a agitator and mine does not have one it's just open nothing in the middle like the old ones, which i like better. Does thx have anywhere to clean a filter or anything i cant seem to find if anything comes out to clean?
I do not like this washing machine. It does not use enough water to wash your clothes.
Washer loud and becomes unbalanced with the smallest shift of the load. The attempt at water conservation has been a complete failure since I've had to rewash everything. One load of bed linens got tangled inside a fitted sheet and the top layer of fabric never got wet. (See photo)
I know the conservation of water is something that all companies has their eye on but this machine. Does not use enough water, so it can't properly wash the clothes. It doesn't get the stains out of clothes even minor ones. So I end up putting a 5 gallon bucket full of water in there with it just before it starts washing in order for it to wash the clothes properly. It seems to do the trick. But I would never buy another machine without an agitator in the center. It's too late to return the machine. So there's nothing I can do but deal with it for a while.
One year old and it's dead. lol, I have to call a repair man. Paid way too much for it in the first place. Unbelievable
