Cooking Directions: Microwave: Important: Microwave Only - Do not heat pouch in boiling water. Because microwaves cook differently, times are approximate. 1. Place pouch, printed side up, on microwavable plate. (To make 2 pouches at the same time, microwave on High 5 to 8-1/2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.) (Do not cut slit in pouch.). 2. Microwave on High 3 to 4-1/2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. 3. Pull or cut to open. Empty into serving dish; stir well. Season to taste. Caution: Hot! High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Microwave up to 1 minute longer if needed. Stove-Top: 1. Empty pouch of frozen vegetables and sauce (for 2 pouches, make as directed above-except use 2-quart saucepan and cook 11 to 13 minutes.) into 1-quart saucepan. Do not add water. 2.
