Ordered on a Tuesday and recieved on Thursday! It shipped from Texas to Phoenix within 2 days! Excellent fit and fresh off the press! Very satified with the fit and look, Also the elastic bands for the adjustable waist is an incredible bonus. Couldn't find these anywhere in Phx, when we did, we only found navy blue color @ $23 a pair! So very happy I found these for $14.97 a pair. Perfect for school uniform approved. Plus cant beat the quality OR the price!!! We'll be ordering from here again!
My son is above average height for a 12 year old but he's slim so usually his pants are too wide, the Dickies slim fit as though they were made for him. I have had nothing but great experience shopping here.
These are the most durable uniform pants for my son. They don't rip, fade, shrink and I can trust that the buttons will last. The only thing that sucks is he outgrows them. They have husky sizes which aren't available in stores so I order them in advance. The two pack is an affordable price for me as well.
I have bought these before this last transaction and love them. They hold up against wear and tear, color stays bold and doesn't fade like other black pants. The first pair I bought they have been washed at least 100 times and still just as black as they started off being. No signs of ripping or coming apart. Shipping was easy and quick and the price was the cheapest I found. Will be ordering more as they are used as work pants. The 16 husky fits a 29-31 waist, and about a 30-31 inseam.
These pants are very sturdy and have the awesome adjustable waist band for the guys who have tiny waist and can't find pants that fit without having to wear a belt. I bought size 18 which is hard to find.
My son has torn all his uniform pants. I have tried dockers and pants from the uniform store and dickies out beat them all. They last longer and the price is just right. On average I been buying dickies for 2 years now and his pant last 3 1/2 -4 months (1pair) but I have to mention that he plays a lot and it looks like he walks on his knees. This is Monday -Friday. He's not scared of throwing him self at the ground to get the ball..etc. he's active and dickies have the double knee that kind of protects him from getting bad scrapes. The pants take a good beating. Anyway, they are true to the size in the chart. Just measure it correctly. I personally love them. The dickies material last more than any other brands.
The material is very thick and hard.I've washed it now a few times with softener to soften it up and make it more comfortable. It's a bit better. But I guess the tougher material will help prevent tears and rips. Not as comfortable or soft as other brands like gap or old navy , but close to half to a third of their price/cost. All in all a fair product. My son refused to wear them at first because the material was so hard And uncomfortable but after a few washes he said he will give it a shot.
These still look new even after several washes. Now if I could just get it through my 9 year olds head to land on his feet and not his knees during recess. If it wasn't for the double knee I would need to buy school pants more frequently but he does manage to wear the knees out even in these.
I ordered these pants for my 10 year old son. I have them for my 12 year old. My 12 year old is rough on his clothes, and these have lasted. After about nine months of wear, the twelve year old tore a hole in one knee, but was pleased to tell me that it only went through one layer of the knee, and since there is another full layer at the knee, no one will notice. However, my 10 year old tried the pants on and refused to wear them, as they are very stiff and somewhat rougher than typical pants. So, the toughness can be both a positive and negative asset, depending on your preferences and sensitivities. Sizes seem to run 'true to size'. Styling is fine; my boys did originally object to the visible "Dickies" insgnia, but the 12 year old got over it. Overall, a good buy for one son (and will keep buying them for him), but I will return the others for the second son.
I assumed all Dickie pants were the same. They are not. I ordered these because they're were less expensive than the Dickies I purchased last year from JC Penney. They run a little bigger and they are not soft. Almost scratchy. The waist band is adjustable . The hem in the cuff is on the outside. They will be just fine for my 6 and 8 year old but I get the more expensive ones next time.
