I got this comforter from Walmart online two years ago when I was a freshman in college, and I've had and used it since. I love the texture of the material. It's been washed numerous times and is still in the same, great condition. I have a bigger bed now and I'll have to buy a new comforter to fit and to match my new room, but I'm still keeping this because I love it so much. It's definitely great for a dorm room.
I chose this for my teenage son's room. He wanted a black, white and red bedroom...something modern. I started with this and built the room around it as the focal point. I painted the walls RED. I also bought the Luna rug for the floor online. I was able to give my son a room makeover that I originally thought I couldn't afford. I am very happy with quality of all my purchases!
I bought this comforter for my daughter's room on clearance. I actually bought two of them because my girls share a room. When we got them in the mail, I was greatly surprised at the softness and boldness of them. My girls loved them, which says a lot!!!!
This is a great comforter and I got a great deal on it. It's soft and keeps me just warm enough. It's also gorgious. I haven't washed it yet, but like other reveiwers have said be careful when you wash it, it is black and white and that is almost impossible to not have some problems with when you wash it, that's just the downfall of fabric dyes. I plan on using some oxiclean in the wash instead of detergent, it helps with my other dark fabrics. Hope you all enjoy this comforter as much as I do.
Great value, great look, awesome feel. It is sooo nice. The fact that it is extra long makes no difference. Save yourself some money and get the twin XL versus the reguar Twin. The difference is not an issue. From now on if I see comforters in twin XL that are less then their twin counterparts I will not hesitate to get them instead. It feels so soft and it is really comfy.
For $49.99 I didn't expect a lot. But I was pleasantly surprised. This is not one of those stiff, stand up by itself, slide off the bed type comforters. It was very soft and hangs nicely over the edges of the bed. It hasn't been washed yet, but brand new -- well worth the money.
I bought this for my tween's bedroom. Not only does it meet the "cool" requirement from my daughter, it was very affordable compared to some of the bedding sets from the bed and bath shops. It is very soft, and looks great with the inexpensive hot pink sheet we also bought at Wal-mart.
I was redoing a room in black and white with red accents and this comforter was ideal. Not only is the print fun, it is soft and extremely comfortable too! I bought red sheets and pillows, along with red window sheers and the room looks both classy and fun!
My daughter and I searched the internet and stores for months trying to find an affordable, black and white comforter. This comforter feels great, is reversible (to solid black) and is a great deal for the money. It is a "mini-set" and only comes with shams, but we could easily pick up a dust ruffle that will coordinate.
This product looks very good on a bed and will be the focal point of my dorm room. The polyester fabric is light and very silky to the touch. The colors are true black and white. Not only is this product very unique, but it looks way more expensive than it is. The shapes on this comforter and sham are very cool and I've never seen anything quite like this. It seems to be a fairly popular item and for good reason. I also like the fact that it reverses to solid black if you want to change the look. The last thing I must say about this comforter is that it doesn't have the traditional seams that run vertically. Instead its seams are one inch squares. Not only does this make the comforter drape across the bed better, but it adds to the products comtemporary style.
