To be honest, I bought this for the puppy hat and intend to have my daughter wear it. Currently she's too small for it, but I still think it is very well made and overall, they're all a higher quality than I expected.
The hats appear to be a two-ply fabric, very soft mid-weight hat. The quality is close to Carters though sizing seems a little small and the hat didn't keep a perfect shape after washing. The designs are attractive. New baby may arrive within the week so we haven't tried...based on recollection this would have been effective for our first baby.
I tried for months to keep adorable little hats on our 2 1/2 year old when she was younger but she just managed to get them off any way she knew how! These hats are so adorable maybe this time around our son will wear them and keep them on considering I am due January 21st and it gets cold here in Oklahoma.
