Geritol is the brand I have used for years. It is the only multivitamin that I can tell a difference when I take it vs when I forget or run out for a couple weeks. I have tried many other kinds (for women, for people in their 40s, for this or for that, etc.) but I ALWAYS come back to Geritol. I swear by it. Like I said no other makes me actually FEEL any better but this one. Thats good enough for me. And at 40 plus, with low energy and hormone levels going crazy, I need all the help I can get!! If youre feeling the same or just need a daily multivitamin then I would certainly recommend it. Give it a month to kick in and see.
I have been taking this for a few months, when I ran out I didn't buy more for a couple of weeks & boy could I tell the difference. I was starting to be tired again & have no energy. Been back on them for a week now & I feel great. I really believe these work for me cause of the iron in them.
I have used Geritol since I was 20. It has a more absorbable form of Iron, and is very inexpensive. Many people cannot utilize the cheaper forms of iron in many brands of vitamins, so they are wasting their money. I have tried other vitamins, and I keep coming back to Geritol
I’m almost 80 and I know it’s because I’m taking these tablets, I take one every other day so they will last until I fit them into my budget. I can maintain my house any when needed do my Yardwork. My mom took it as a tonic, no tablets available then!
Got me going
I have tried so many Brand vitamins and haven't felt anything. Teasing my co-workers, I told them I was going to try Geritol. They laughed at me until I told them how great they were. I have more energy than ever, my hair is now growing back and my nails are growing. I wish I could get all my money back that I wasted on other vitamins. If you are looking for a great vitamin give Geritol a try. You will not regret it and that's a promise.
I notice an increase in energy. It's not the wiry energy of coffee but a calming kind of energy. I usually just take it with a glass of chocolate almond milk. But if you take it with just juice or water you will feel nauseas. It's really a great price also. For the amount. It's really better than dealing with Amazon and their third-party seller cuts.
What I loved was the energy level after taking for about 2 months. Before I was tired but not sleepy. Now even when I do get tired I still have energy more than I use to before I started taking Geritol. Now be it known that I did incorporate Geritol multivitamin and B vitamin complex when I started. So far so good.
I was using these because my iron was low. The vitamins were good but they had to much iron for me. The dosage was one tablet so there was no way to lower the dosage of iron that I received from the tablet. I may try the no iron tablets because now my iron is back up to speed. The constipation can send someone to the hospital unless you take something along with the tablet to alleviate the constipation like aloe vera (but I'm not a doctor).
The amount of each vitamin and mineral in this Geritol Multivitamin/Multimineral is far less than the amounts in the brand I have bought for years from Walmart. If the serving size said 2 tablets, then the Geritol amounts would be much closer to the brand that I will be purchasing once again from Walmart.
