I have to say that I love this workout. This workout is truly for anyone who strength trains and is looking for a challenge or just getting started. I didn't think you could burn many calories doing a strength training workout, but guess what you do!! Hands down a great workout to do 3 times a week.
I have done all of Jari's Ripped workouts now and I really enjoy all of them. She seems to concentrate more heavily on different parts with each video so rotating each of them is a great way to prevent muscle memory and adaptation. Very focused on safety yet still tough. Plenty of modifications for all levels.
This is the best $8 I spent on an exercise video! Jari Love in the video is in a great shape and her exercises are fun and encouraging. If I keep doing this exercise 2 - 3 times a week, I truly believe that I can get great results. And intend to do so! I highly recommend it.
Jari Love is an awesome instructor and will have you sweating in no time with these compound exercises. This DVD is more of a cardio workout, because you're working more than one muscle at the same time.
