Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex -- Volume 2 has been transferred to disc in letterboxed format at the widescreen aspect ratio of 1.85:1, which has also been enhanced for anamorphic play on 16 x 9 monitors. Disc one of this set include the episodes with audio mastered in Dolby Digital 5.1; English- and Japanese-language tracks are included, as well as English subtitles. Audio for the second disc (which contains the same program) is in the DTS 5.1 format, which also features both English and Japanese soundtracks as well as English subtitles. And a third disc is an audio compact disc that includes music written for the series by Yoko Kanno. DVD bonus materials include "Tachikomatic Days" short subjects and interviews with composer Yoko Kanno and voice actor Osamu Saka.
