[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these in exchange for my honest review. They arrived a few days ago and my son was so excited to open them immediately. The figures are very detailed and well made. They accurately represent iconic thoughts of Ghost Busters! These are definitely a favorite for us!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these for my 5 year old son. He has really liked the Ghostbusters for quite some time, even dressed up like one last year. It was difficult to find quality toys, but these are great. The two monsters glow entirely in the dark, and really were exciting to my son. The Ghostbuster's goggles light up, which is a very cool, adds a great effect. These can be played with as is or enjoyed in the Ghostbusters Electronic Proton Pack Projector.
Excellent wish it fit in the car too, but the doors don't open.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great little action figures. Both my 6 year old daughter and my 4 year old son loved playing with these. The material is a nice, light plastic that will not hurt a kid or break and appliance when a figure inevitably will learn to fly, which is a nice touch. The colors are vibrant and the figurines look funny, and keep the attention of my kids for quite awhile.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are an excellent addition to a number of Ghostbusters sets, especially the ecto vehicle. It might be nice to offer a deluxe set with all of the figures including ghosts. I was tempted to buy more but was disappointed with the idea of having too many Slimers. I love the glow in the dark feature, that made these fun for all times not just during the well lit day. My kids enjoyed these do much we've added the ghost trap and stay puft to our Christmas list.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will be honest, but at first I didn't think my son and my nephew would play with these figurines for too long because they are young and not too familiar with the characters, but I was wrong and they ended up playing with the figurines longer then I expected. I think its mainly to do with its halloween season and anything that looks spooky will grab their attention. I highly suggest anybody that loves ghostbusyers to collect these and if for nothing more they would make great halloween decorations.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids really liked how they glowed in the dark and kept coming back and forth into light and dark rooms. They wished the figures were a little bigger to play with and had more moving parts. Right out of the package they played with them for 2+ hours. They did come back to them 3 more times over a weekend to continue playing with them. They are well made and will hold up over time.
The characters look amazing -- just like in the movie -- and they are built quite well. My son was entertained by piling them all in his Ecto-1 and driving them around. Sadly, they do not click into place in the Ecto-1 car -- the just sit on small plastic dowels -- so they tend to fall over regularly. kind of expensive for what you get, but my 5 year old loves Ghostbusters so he is happy with it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kid (4 yrs old) like that he got a toy, but lost interest in it suddenly. He only liked the green monster. The light up at night was of no interest to him, as I guess its small. I do not see any play value as I guess Ghostbusters are not that famous as other super here type characters.
