this is a beautiful card, currently building in a snow white Hyte Y70 and this card finishes the build.
Not only did they send in the wrong item, they waste my entire time. I was so excited that I was able to get the GPU that I wanted for MSRP but the sender send in a Apple Laptop charger instead. I do not know how you can mix up a 5 pound GPU to a 150 gram charger but that wasn't issue. Its their customer service. I wanted to see if they have any option for me to get the product that I order but I got zero communication from them. At this point, there is nothing I could of done and Walmart decided to issue me a refund. A total waste of time.
Do not buy from iTek. They sent me a crappy 45W Mac book pro charger probably worth 20$, instead of the 1900$ Graphics card I ordered. Walmart has refunded me but now that same graphics card is selling for like 2800$. I should have cancelled the order as soon as I saw the seller reviews where they did the same thing to other people :c.
DO NOT BUY FROM ITEK. Had a black Friday deal on 4090 card. said they shipped....but on usps site...said they never received package. Look at this guys reviews before ordering. Very low. Shame on you WALMART for not vetting your 3rd party sellers. WHERE DID YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE GO?

Zero communication from seller, never shipped product, started a refund essentially holding my 1.7k for several weeks hostage. Walmart supporting this seller puts me off Walmart.
Purchased, was excited to get the card for retail price, then 2 days ago the order was refunded. Pure garbage.
