Wanted something neutral in my five year old's room while our house is selling. Colors look exactly like on screen. It is also light enough for my son who gets hot at night but heavy enough to make me feel comfortable that he won't get cold this winter even if he takes off his pj top! I have washed this product twice and holds up great. Even retains shape well without being stiff. I saw this on Overstock.com but Walmart was $10 cheaper. Glad I looked around.
This quilt set is very nice. It is very attractive and well made. The pillow shams are also very nice. I purchased the queen and it fits a queen bed perfectly and it is very easy to make the bed. This quilt seems to reduce wrinkles. A big reason I purchased this is that it is machine washable and it was a really great price. I am very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend it.
I have a King size bed and it fits just right. I like the colors and the theme. I put it with a white eyelit-style bedskirt and it looks great. I only wish the pillow shams were also king-size, but I used my old shams and put the standard moose and tree ones in front and it looks fine. It is lighter weight - more for summer and my husband likes it too! Can't beat the price.
I purchased two of these sets for my sons' bedroom and am very impressed with the quality for the price. I couldn't see spending over twice as much for quilts for my kids (you know how rough kids can be) but I also wanted something cute to match their room decor. The quilt is actual applique and not just a fabric pattern. Great product....Great price!!!!
my husband bought this quilt for me for christmas,i love it. it is thin however but it looks great.i use a comforter underneath to give the extra warmth while using it. i have a queen bed but chose to buy the king and i am very pleased.
My entire house is decorated in a rustic motif. These affordable twin spreads work quite nicely with my decor. Their affordablility make changing with the seasons much more likely. I was quite surprised to find them on Walmart.com.
After I had changed an unused bedroom to a guestroom,I needed affordable twin bed covers, that would match the decor, be gender neutral, and attractive. I found them at Walmart.com, of course! They're a great value, attractive, and a good weight, not too heavy, but warm enough for our frosty, North country nights. They arrived quickly,at the store for pickup, and the customer service associate was very courteous!
Happy with the look. Although, one plaid pattern is kind of cheap looking in person but, not a big issue. Just know this is a thin blanket. I use it as a topper so it works for me. Only big complaint is the quality of sewing. Instantly had rips w/o wear and tear. And some areas had sewing errors. Would still buy again and buy another set because it is a cute pattern. Really gives a great lodge/country look that I like. And price was good.
This quilt, like others have posted, is rather cheaply made. The stitching is very gappy and not tight at all. But for 50$ you can't expect perfection! The only issue I had with this is no matter what size you order the shams are the same. I have a king size bed and the standard full size shams do not look right. King size beds have the longer pillows for them and these shams do not fit those! However, the quilt looks very nice on our log bed, so it's still a keeper!
When I first opened the bag and pulled out the quilt, immediately I saw a 2-3 inch tear! I really liked the look of the quilt, so I hand-stitched the tear and put it on my bed. Each day since then, I have found at least one new tear or more! I have now used it for only 5 days and am returning it!! Just last night I found a 5 inch tear!!! I'm done.
