I am 73 years old and diabetic, and there are times that I am hungry and do not feel like cooking and there are times that I just want something sweet to eat or to drink. Glucerna drinks always seem to hit the spot. I can safely enjoy to drink Glucerna without worring about a sugar spike.
I buy this item regularly and can never find the 24 bottle pkg in any stores, but Walmart always comes through for me, on line shopping is wonderful. Of course, this is only my opinion, but Walmart is a blessing for us Senior Citizens, especially during the Covid-19 crisis. Thanks to all Walmart employees. You are appreciated.

This drink is wonderful for getting your day started. Especially if you have no time to actully eat a meal. It is smooth, creamy and really tastes great. Diabetics: When your blood sugar drops and you need something to restore your levels, drink this, and feel good again!
Great product ! However is is pricey I would actually buy more if the price wasn't so high
I ordered the strawberry flavored gurcerna and paid with paypal and I got a refund. I have no idea why was this happening. Meantime I think I also ordered the chocolet flavored gurcerna earlier and have no idea what happened to it....it promised to be delivered by friday.
The Walmart app said this was drlivered April 4. It was delivered about half an hour ago. I thought I would not get it. I have had difficulty finding Glucerna, especially in Walmart. I am unsure if I will order it again. I am very pleased to receive the Glucerna that I ordered.
Great taste and very convenient. I think for diabetics, there are too many added sugars. There should be NO added sugar.
My mother has diabetes and her doctor recommended Glucerna. Unfortunately, she cannot open the bottles because her hands are weak. She's tried using a device that works for her on other jars and bottles, but sadly no luck with the Glucerna bottles. Guesss we'll have to try another brand.
