We have seen a reduction of blood sugar count. Wish Walmart would carry other flavors!
It works my Blood Sugar is down in 1week and it's taste pretty good also
DEFINITELY lowers blood glucose, in my case usually dramatically. I drink several glasses - about a quart (four 8-oz glasses spaced over the day) - daily. The label instructions are sketchy - I mix a gallon of water with 2 cups of powder, and keep it refrigerated. Tastes great, refreshing.
It is a big help. But it contains a suger sub. I take it but with my meds and berberine. Does not hurt. And helps a little. .
