I was getting sleepy after eating, no matter how little or infrequently I ate. I'm amazed that only one a day of these has taken care of my problem. It makes life so much more pleasant, and I don't have that afternoon slump anymore.
I was immediately interested when this was introduced. Of course, it is sensible to eat resonable portions of low glycemic index foods. That being said, the product is measurably effective for it's stated purpose.
I Just got this product. I like this product so far, can hardly wait for the results!
Before Glycemic Guard I would have strong cravings for sweets and eat a whole sleeve of cookies. After meals I would get super sleepy. I've been taking Glycemic Guard for over a month now and while I still like sweets, I can eat just a couple of cookies. I don't have to take a nap after meals. I didn't expect this stuff would work for me, but it did.
I used to pass out every day . I've been taking 2-3 a day now with meals and it nearly totally corrects the passing out dip. I went off my med which did not help this at all (in fact made it worse). I still get a bit weak in the afternoons but I never lose consciousness. so something real here. try it.
He is very happy with it, since taking it, levels are being maintained.
That product has been working quite well for me on my blood glucose.
