Purchased this item to help build my immune system. It has only been a week however; I already feel a drastic difference with my energy, and alertness. I am a 57 year old male and do not work out. I purchased these supplements as they appeared to have all the necessary nutrients. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly I began to feel.
as a 51 yr old this does make a difference. i take only for 1 week a month then cycle off as to not let my body get used to it. it helps when lifting better pumps and notice it helps my strength increase.
5 stars. Out of everything I have tried to take this is by far the best. The pills are prepackaged. No guessing the amount. And am seeing results using Mens Strength. Will continue to purchase.

I've been taking this for 2 weeks and I'm making good gains..I had platueed over a year ago and no matter what I did I couldn't put on more quality mass. GAME CHANGER
I began taking this product for energy and to increase workouts, but after finishing my second box, I began with a pain under my rib cage and found out that the product had caused a fatty liver. Now my liver has slowly been normalizing after I stopped taking this supplement.
I've been using this for 3 weeks..I Excersize 6 days a week and I Can not definitively say that I've notice a difference in strength or size as a result of using this product.. Prior to using this product I used Animal Pak by universal nutrition and it was great..anyway this purification, in comparison to AP, has made me feel tired and really sluggish while Excersizing. it may work for others but it is not working for me..I will finish the 30 days and cycle on something else..I will say GNC SPort supplement was very effective when I first started using it earlier this year..
