Best blended protein I've found. Tastes awesome, mixes easily. I prefer the more controlled absorption of a blended protein. What more could I ask for?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sustain protein chocolate powder mixes extremely easy and remains on the thick side if you are using it as a meal replacement. Taste is great as well! I like the results i am receiving from using sustained blend protein!
I have tried all of the flavors for the sustained blend and have not found one until now that has not made me dread my knightly protein shake before bed. This is not some being vague attempt to kind of tasting like children's cereal, it actually does. It straight up tastes like Froot Loops when paired with milk. Now I actually look forward to drinking my protein daily.

It mixes very well and the taste is wonderful. Doesn't mix well with just a glass and a spoon but mixes smooth in a shaker cup. Highly recommend. I take this protein post work out.
I add this to my almond milk and pour over plain cheerios .. tastes amazing!!
I bought this to add to my morning coffee, because lately I've been waking up so hungry. I've even felt shaky during my morning routine, and by 'routine' I don't mean 'workout,' I mean 'doing my hair and makeup.' I attribute this to being in perimenopause (I'm 43 years old). I read that progesterone (the 'hunger hormone') rises more easily because estrogen, which normally slows down progesterone, is declining. That would explain why I'm so hungry in the morning! I eat a no-carb (Carnivore) diet so I know it isn't my diet that's leaving me ravenous each morning when I wake up. Anyhow: this blends really well in a blender bottle with the little wire ball in it. I put about 3/4 of a scoop into a mix of 6oz water + 6oz of coffee and shake it up, then I heat up the coffee in a mug. It keeps me from feeling shaky and hangry. It makes my coffee taste like a cafe mocha, which is delicious. It keeps me full until my actual breakfast about four hours later. One star deducted for the size of the lid. As a woman, I have smaller hands and would appreciate a container that is taller & leaner with a smaller lid so it'd be easier for my little hands to open & close it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I've tried the caramel girl scout cookies, strawberry milkshake, and the cinnamon toast. The caramel gsc is not my favorite. Flavor is mediocre, and not a fan of the coconut bits. The other two were great!
It's ok but frustrating not being able to get the Girl Scout cookie flavor!
