I'm so happy with the vitamis that I can already feel them working, thank you so much for recommending them to me. I would definitely recommend them to others.
I've been using this product for about 4 months and I am addicted. I would suggest taking it in the morning before workout. If u do use it in the evening u may not sleep right away. It's a great boaster for energy for ur workout, funny enough it help u turn fat into muscle and also tones up. I train every day because I love how it makes me feel, I have no goal really. I'm 5ft 3inches, I weigh 165 pounds and my clothing size is small depends on the make extra small. Since I've been using this product I've dropped about 4 inches approximately however my weight have NOT changed. Also u should know it makes urinate a lot.
My favorite vitamin pack
Was packaged well and was exactly what I was looking for. They are sold out of these at my local GNC store so I'm glad I could get these. Will buy again if continue to be unavailable at my GNC store.
Love this product. I have taken it for at least 5 years. As a daily runner it meets my energy needs and my weight.
It's a month's price and it's expensive, but it's definitely effective when you eat it.
still unsure of the benefits, one negative i've noticed is i feel really bloated after taking this product and its been almost 3 weeks since i started taking it.
I tried these out for a month and compared to the other ones that had the thermo burn with caffeine these do not help me power through a heavy workout
How would I know never received
I just took them for 9 days every morning. I stopped taking them after I gain about 6lbs, maybe from water retention. My body was aching especially in the joints. I also got swollen ankles, a bloated stomach and the whole day I would be groggy and awake at night. I am a healthy person. But I think taking some of these supplements need medical consultation.
