[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The capsules make it easy to measure the correct amount (as compared with powder). Furthermore, it seems to me 17.5 grams (the recommended 5 capsules) is the correct serving. I feel strong and have increased repetitions - sometimes surprisingly.

Luv it and it Works but U need to take 2 weeks of after A two months of using just liked many of these natural boosters because your body gets immune to it after using it for a little while and it wouldn't work as The beginning of The first 2 Months!! Take on an empty stomach before going to A workout!!!
So far so good. Just started lifting again about 2 weeks ago. Using Twinlab Amino Fuel (old formula) in conjuction with the GNC Cteatine Monohydrate. Helping with recovery time. Time will tell about significant gains in muscle mass. Always had goid results with Twinlabs Anabolic Fuel. Hopefully cycling the creatine I will see quicker results.
Good but runs out fast. To take 5grams a day you'd need to consume 7 capsules (pills) daily. There is 120 total capsules. Meaning, if you take 5grams a day (recommended amount) you'll run out after 17-18 days. Loading phase isn't even possible. Loading phase consists of 20gram's a day, for 5 days. You'd need to take 28 capsules a day for 5 days to complete a loading phase. 28x5=140. There is only 120 in a whole bottle lmfao.
I used to always buy the 1kg container but as that is no longer available I bought this for the same price that was sold as. Only 24 half servings this is a complete ripoff and is another recent step in the wrong direction for GNC. Y'all gotta figure yourselves out before you go outta business
