Love these!! So many uses! From converting regular chip clips into magnetic chip clips to be put on your fridge so they don't get lost!
Exactly what I needed!!!
I'm a school bus driver. I glue these on the back of name tags whether it be foam snowflakes, card stock pumpkins, whatever the season or holiday. They work great for my assigned seats and if I need to move a student, I can just relocate the name tag!
I have found so many ways to use these in projects for my 3 year old granddaughter. We make refrigerator magnets and much more. I laminated some photos and some of the pictures she colored at preschool. Then hot glued the magnets on back. These super Magnetic Buttons are strong and work great. I had a magnetized white board in the garage. Hung it up in the living room for her to play with when she visits. I added other magnets from office supply and a set of magnet words. She has had hours of creative and educational fun with her magnets and white board!
I used these to put on the back of wedding invitation website cards so that people could keep it on their fridge. I had tried to find good sized flat magnets, but the big sheets of magnetic paper would have been too expensive and the "magnetic tape" I found was a joke. It did not seem to stick to anything. I needed something stronger and so when I found these, I thought I would give them a try. Holy cow are they STRONG! They are pretty thick buttons, so just keep that in mind. They are not flat. I used adhesive squares to attach them to the paper and that worked great. When I ran out of squares, I used a scrapbook tape runner on them and that worked just fine too. I would recommend using the squares or tape instead of liquid glue because that way you will have much less drying time and you don't need the glue for them to stick permanently, anyway.
I bought these for a visual to-do list for my autistic son. Hot glued them to laminated cards and put them on his whiteboard. They work great for that and we use them every day. I wouldn't expect them to hold much more weight than that but they were excellent for our purposes.
These are not REAL magnets, they are foam buttons with each side dipped in magnetic paint!! They will not work for all I wanted to do. I would only recommend if what youre using these for is not at all heavy. I did find some pin buttons I took the pins out, put the magnetic buttons in the back and put them on the fridge.
I bought these for wedding favors. They are not as strong as the magnets you can buy at your local craft store. Although they worked they just just barely had the pull strength for my project. In short, I would not buy these again.
I've been using these magnets for a couple of years on my bottle caps with an image and epoxy covers and they were perfect for what I needed them for, but sometime in November 2023 they changed the packaging and now they are terrible!!! I have an Etsy shop and had so many complaints of them sliding down the frig, right in the holiday season I had to remake so many I was soooooooooooooooooooo upset. I went to Micheals and bought some of their magnets at a higher cost, and at the time they were good, but now they even changed their packaging and now they do the same thigs slide down the fridge. so, both Walmart and Micheals Craft have changed the packaging and with that the strength of the magnet but didn't change the price. UGG
These are awful. They don't stick together very well. I'm not even sure these would work for simple crafts
