This is such a neat version of Go Fish, since it puts a new twist on the game. Playing on the title of the traditional game, each card has a colorful, glossy illustration of a different fish species, along with quick facts and information about each type. The cards are quite durable and larger in size than a standard deck of playing cards. There are also many uses for these cards, besides playing Go Fish. We actually like to play a memory match game with them, where we have the cards laid out without the pictures showing and my son has to locate the matching pairs of fish.
I love these Go Fish Flash Cards! My class loves playing games and we have been using these to work on our number sense in kindergarten. I love the bright colors and images of the cards. They are the perfect size and thickness for little hands to hold the period when we do our ocean unit, these cards will be perfect to learn and review facts about different types of fish. :)
These cards have delightful images and also are numbered. They are so large I cannot shuffle them or hold them in my hands. This is unfortunate since I bought them for a 4yo. They are too big for adults to comfortably use. A child could not use them.
No facts on mine. Not like picture at all. I could have gotten the same cards at the Dollar store.
