I absolutely love this product. I have used other head supports in the past and none of them have supported my babies heads like this one. My cousin used one for her son exactly like this one only it was blue. I saw how it supported his head and I decided to buy one for my newborn. I have used this head support for my newborn and I think it's the absolute BEST HEAD SUPPORT out there. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.
This is just the right size for a newborn baby. It fits in my granddaughter's car seat as well as her infant carrier.
I love this head support. I had it with my firstborn but didn't get it until he was several months old. With my second, I used it from like three days old and was so happy to know his head was upright and his little airway was not compromised. He loves it and sleeps like a little angel in it. I recommend this product to any new parent for safety's sake. It is super easy to install. You can put it in the washing machine but don't dry it. I made that mistake and had all the little stuffing coming out and had to buy a new one. But after washing it air drys in just a few hours. LOVE IT!!!
I just had my third and she's 3 weeks old now. I sat in the back seat with her about a wk ago and I saw first hand how her little head rolls side to side and falls forward. It's a scary thing!! I can see why babies HATE the car seat! It's a traumatizing experience. Poor thing. So I HAD to buy something for her little head because the head rest that came with her car seat is cheap and flimsy (even though the whole travel system wasn't too cheap!!) This thing is a must have! I love it! It cradles her little head down to her shoulders. It looks heavy but it's sooooo light weight! You can see right through it, it has great ventilation. So if you're having a baby or know someone who is... BUT THIS!!!! YOU NEEEEEEED TO BUY THIS!!! I can't stress this enough... BUY IT!! haha I'll feel so much better now while she's in the car.
This product does exactally what it says. My Grandaughters are very comfortable and they do not get over heated because of the airflow design.
This product does a very good job of doing what it's supposed to. It supports my son's head great, especially when he sleeps in the cars. It took a few tries to get the belts and cushion lined up right since the cushion extends past the holes, also it is narrower than my carseat is designed for. The only other complaint would be that every time I put my son in his carseat I have to move the cushion to the side to keep from dragging the belt across his ears.
It really holds the head steady, but please pay attention tobelt in the picture, it will be practicly on his neck.
It is more supportive than the flimsy one that came with my carseat. My daughter doesn't seem to like how snug it is though, she always leans forward rather than resting her head in it. It helps her sleep in her carseat more upright though, which I think would be better for her neck. It is soft & seems breathable.
