I bought this toy for a birthday cake I am making a Super Mario cake and I needed the toy and after the cake is cut the little boy gets to play with the toys that he loves so much.
my son got these for christmas and loves them! I thought they were a little much for these little figurines but what do I know, I'm just a mom ;) My son sure does think they are worth it!!
Quality product, just a little expensive as with any popular big name item such as MARIO. But I knew EXACTLY what I was getting in to, So I could add the finishing touch to my daughter's home made MARIO CASTLE Birthday cake.
Overall happy, wish it stated that the pieces don't move, but since they don't say it that one is my fault. Over all happy purchase
The figures are just what I needed to decorate a cake for my son. They were also very inexpensive compare to other websites and stores where I also saw them.
Some of the figurines were used as cupcake toppers for my son's Super Mario themed birthday party. They were nice to look at. When used as a toy, Mario's head fell off and the stand of some of the toys came off, among other small pieces. The life of these toys is not very long but they served their purpose. Fair price for low quality. Definitely not a toy for younger children.
These are not meant for children, they fall apart easily. Do not pay for these as your child will break them and pieces come apart easily (heads fall off, glasses, etc.) Stay away and get them a stuffed animal.
I used these as cake toppers for my son's birthday cake. They're the perfect size for that. However, after we washed them and gave them to him, we were a bit disappointed. To pay 15-20 bucks for 6 small figures, you would expect them to be a bit more solid. But the hands broke off during normal play. The glasses on the cloud guy fell off immediately after removal from package. And the figures are NOT poseable. For the money spent, I really expected something better but evidently you are not paying for the toys, you're paying for the licensing of the Mario name.
I recieved the package but the wrong charcters were in the package. the package was supposed to have Daisy, luigi, mario, Lakitu koopa troopa and shy guy but it had princess peach, toad, mario, luigi, yoshi and donkey kong in it. Some one purposly switched it and I am not happy about this! Even the box shows Daisy, luigi, mario, Lakitu koopa troopa and shy guy. I sent a message twice and no one has responded to me. Why have I not recieved an answer on this??
I never received this and it took a month to get a refund.
