This is a great way to get probiotics/prebiotics! It truly doesn't have any flavor and none of that gritty feeling when drinking the solution. I've put it in water, juice, and protein shakes. You can never tell because of how well it dissolves.
Took longer to get then it should have, but that was CORVID19.
This is the only probiotics that has reuteri... which is good for children. I mix it into their daily smoothies. It helps with their gut and keeps their teeth strong.
