Goo Gone Project Prep Spray Gel, 24 oz This stuff is Amazing... This is my go to product for any sticky mess. I cleaned all the decal glue off my car that was on there for years and didn't even harm the paint. Amazing/Excellent product! I do a lot of crafting with old wine bottles, this product is amazing at taking the old labels of the bottles.. Worked like a charm when nothing else did. Everyone should have this in their home. It also takes goo off books where price stickers have been better than anything else I have tried. It removes price tags and adhesive residue quickly & safely. Every household needs this . I promise you will not go wrong with this purchase... I have even used it on my laundry. Great product. Remove any glue and adhesive easy. I received this product from the Wal-Mart Spark Reviewer program. and This review is 100% my own.... Thanks Wal-Mart for another awesome product.....
I received this 24 oz. spray bottle of Goo Gone Pro Power Goo and Adhesive Remover from the spark reviewer program. It has combined citrus oils from oranges with a blend of refined oils to tackle the toughest goos. It removes adhesives, glue, ink, markers, tar, oil and more hard to remove things. There are some things it can't be used on so read the back label thourghly. And you do need to keep it away from pets and kids and don't get it around your eyes. It is so easy to use . Spray on, wipe and then wash with hot soapy water. I've had a few things I couldn't get the glue off of and this worked very fast and so easy. Its also made in the USA
Safe on carpet, finished wood, sealed stone, painted surfaces, glass, area rugs, and walls. Goo Gone can safely remove almost any problem and restore your surfaces to their original condition. Goo Gone is drip free. Sprayed it in the kitchens sink, made it look like new. No more stains in sink. Husband then rinsed the sink to get the goo gone rinsed off. I like that it comes in a spray bottle. The spray has it where you can turn it on or off. You can use it on almost anything. If you do not know if you can use it on a product, spray a little on a place that can not be seen to test it.
Goo Gone Project Prep Spray Gel tackles any sticky mess you may have! It removes adhesive, greasy messes, crayon, ink, gum, etc from several surfaces. It restore the surface to the original condition. It even tackles tar. You may even save some clothes from gums and tar stains with this spray gel. It is great to clean sticky dirty windows, stains & gums in carpets, even candle wax on surfaces. It is easy to use and in the long run saves, not only the item that you are cleaning, but saves you money. A small amount goes a long way. It has a pleasant, citrus scent. Definitely recommend it.
The Goo Gone Project Prep Spray Gel works on many surfaces and cleans up that hard to remove tape residue. The fragrance is delightful and refreshing as a summer breeze. I do love a citrus smell. It states that citrus oil is in the gel so it gives you a powerful clean. I have found it helps to clean up my kitchen surfaces and it leaves a shiny, fresh smell behind. I use it every day to keep those little messes cleaned up fast.
This is the first time I am trying Goo Gone so I put it to the test. My craft table has little bits of paper and sticker tape stuck on the plexiglass. I haven't cleaned it for quite awhile. I sprayed one pump and it sprayed a good amount of Goo Gone. It has a pretty strong orange scent. The words "spray gel" is on the bottle. One might expect it to spray out thick. It's not a gel like hair gel, it still liquidy. I used a wide blade craft knife to scrap off the little bits. They came right off. Using a throw away cloth I wiped the plexiglass spreading the Goo Gone in a larger area. As I mentioned it sprayed out a good amount so I was able to clean a rather large area. Be aware that the Goo Gone leaves a very greasy residue. I had to wipe a second and third time to try and wipe away the greasiness. See demo in picture. It did a good job cleaning the plexiglass as you can see. I might need to use a little soap and water on my table before I work on my cards. I don't want to get the card stock greasy. The Goo Gone worked really well taking off price stickers from anything made of glass. Put a few droplets of Goo Gone and spread it all over the sticker and let it sit for several seconds. The sticker will come right off. It will take the stickers off of wood as well but beware that it will leave a grease spot. I was able to get some tar off of the bottom of my car. I had to spray the area a couple of times but it worked very well. I used a soft old tooth brush to help scrap off the tar. I use double sided tape a lot in my paper crafting and gift wrapping. My scissors get very sticky. I put a couple of drops of Goo Gone on the blade and use a craft knife to scrap off the residue and wipe clean. The Goo Gone does a great job. I will certainly keep it near by. What a great invention I love this stuff.
I use Goo Gone all the time on the store tags that come on dishes. I don't know why stores insist on putting the tags inside the bowls or on the plates that do not come off easily. I spray it on the area and wash with warm soapy water and it wipes away easily. Sometimes you have to let it sit on for about 5-10 mins
I save my quart bottles for dry storage and it does remove the goo left by the labels. Does a great job with no residue. I tried it on my toaster oven and it removed all the fresh grease after it soaked for ten minutes from the instructions. I was hoping it would remove the baked in grease but it would not. Even after soaking after overnight. That is why the four stars. I tried it on my t-shirts which has kitchen grease and oil on them. Washed them in warm water, and it did a great job. The grease was gone. Heavy duty bottle with very easy to read on off switch. For grease and goo it does work great. Microwave was sparkly clean and it left a nice citrus smell.
The goo is gone. It took a couple applications that Sat for 5 minutes. You do need to remove the label first because it didn't break down the paper label at all. I don't think there is a huge difference between the effectiveness of the regular product and this Pro-Power. Goo Gone will be my choice to clean up gooey residue.
Goo Gone spray gel pro-power goo & adhesive remover is safe for a variety of surfaces. It is easier to state what surfaces not to use on since it works on so many things. Do not use on silk, leather, suede, rubber, faux stainless steel, unpainted drywall, unfinished wood surfaces, and unsealed stone. The 24-ounce bottle has a spray trigger and is very easy to apply. I thought that because it is a spray gel it would be much thicker, but it still runs when you apply it to a wall or greasy cupboard. Goo Gone pro-power goo & adhesive remover contains petroleum distillates and uses the power of citrus oils from oranges to clean up messes from many projects. I liked the orange scent while working with this product. It has an oily feel and needs to be cleaned from the surface with soap and water after using it. I tried it on a glass jar label to remove the adhesive residue and it worked well, but took some rubbing to remove it. I tried it on a cupboard door, but it did not remove the greasy residue that has built up. That could be because the residue is quite old or because the product runs. It does say for extra gooey messes to let it sit five to ten minutes, which is hard to do on a cupboard door or wall because it is too thin to stick without running and dripping.
