My dad and I both just started using this product for our prediabetic glucose levels. So far it seems to increasing our energy levels and curbing cravings for sweets. We don't have body weight/composition problems in the first place so I can't really comment on it's effectiveness for that, but I will update this review once we have our glucose tested again (because that's what really matter to us and others).
