If I compare with the other "similar" products I used, this one one is for sure better, despite the fact that with the time, it became a little bit less effective. Anyhow, I would still recommend it.

I am having very good results with Glyco-X 500 by taking 1500 per day. I take one capsule 500 about 30 minutes before each meal.. I have been using Glyco for a few years now and I am very pleased with my results. I am about to place another order now..
