It's too bad, I had all these add on to my Hero 4, batteries, cables, remote, and chargers and a camera that continues to freeze and a company that refuses to answer enquiries!
buying this gives me 3 batteries and I can charge 2 while I'm out diveing. I would recommend this to anyone with a GoPro. good, quick and honest service from these guys also. highly recommend!!
I used this on my recent trip to Africa and gorilla trekking. It worked great, and I always had charged batteries. Very happy with this purchase/product.
We travel with our camera and record our journeys, which often span many hours, or sometimes days. This equipment gives us the flexibility to have a ready power source while keeping two under charge all the time. It works, even with our portable solar charger.
Never miss the perfect shot moment once you have the dual battery charger. One thing that was difficult for me when I first got my GoPro hero4 silver was the short battery life. Now being able to charge both batteries at once and having a spare makes adventuring stress free without constantly worrying about preserving battery life.
Best purchase we ever made. Bought this for our 1st anniversary trip to Europe and it came in handy without having to worry about running low on battery while filming. The dual charger is a perfect and charges both batteries very quick. Highly recommended to adventurers out there that don't want to be slow down!
Works well, the shipment was delayed several days from the date they said I would receive it but other than that it seems to charge as advertised.
So... a pretty nice charging solution for the Hero 4... but, the product page leaves a bit to be desired. The manual is so small and in such small font as to be useless. Not that I really needed it, just wanted to answer a question that should have been answered on the product page. Instead of saying this "Dual LED lights display charging status of both batteries" why not this from the manual (yes I had to find the on line version so I could make it large enough to read). CHARGING STATUS The LED lights are amber while the batteries are charging and turn green when charging is complete.
Not very for suffering from color blindness users and at strong day light- Charging indicator color is very similar to a full battery. A better choice would be red instead of amber (according to the manual) and blue as an indication of a full battery - not without reason these colors are use by emergency vehicles.... The rest is perfect, so I give 3 stars instead of 1
