It's very good end resistant!
Used on a scuba experience that helped me capture awesome footage! Didn't interfere with using power or mode buttons, kept the camera dry at 8m.
Keeps my GoPro safe from saltwater But waterdrops on the lens is still a problem
The best way to describe this gem of a recording device is "effective"... Many years of underwater video photography I have established and never have I had a piece of equipment that is as easy or reliable as the Hero 9 and its water proof case .Add some effective lighting and you can pull some exciting, consistently useful video footage. Everything has limitations but I've yet to see where they lie in this remarkable setup of camera and housing .way to go "GOPRO ".
Each and everyone of them work better than expected because everyone knows you really don't know from a picture and a few words if they are telling the truth. Let me reassure you in this case GOPRO completely exceeded my expectations in all ways. GREAT company and GREAT products. HERO 10 Is the way to go!
Had the HERO5 which I liked a lot, so after much thought I decided to upgrade to the HERO10 package. I like having 2 x Batteries, plus the 2 x Enduro Batteries with charger makes this a nice package. I also like that it is waterproof out of the box so to speak. So far pretty impressed.
Well, as we all know the gopro have a great hydrophobic lense wich makes the video have no water marks or anything, but the protective housing does not have that, a few days ago y tried it above the water on a boat and the video resulted in the lense being covered in small water particles, then after water it was amazing, but not above.
I've taken my GoPro more than ten meters underwater, and with the protective housing i managed to protect the camera from any damage. Moreover, the glass helps to maintain the focus of the camera steady and the display clear, avoiding tarnishing.
I'm disappointed with the protective housing for my GoPro. During only the third dive at around 20 meters depth, the housing's glass cracked. The camera was mounted on a stabilizer and faced no external forces. Overall, the quality falls short of expectations.
