First off, I've only ever used mini versions and this one is exceptional compared to those. Takes a bit longer to heat up, but once it does, it's smooth going. You pull the trigger gently depending on the amount you need. No need to keep pulling on it for more and more and more like a mini glue gun. The full size glue lasts way longer. The same brand glue is phenomenal. I can keep it on for hours during crafting. I can turn it on low if working with styrofoam or other more porous materials. I love the front bracket that holds it in place. Bought a Mainstays silicone mat (kitchen dept) to use under it. Although I've not seen it drip or leak whatsoever. I hope it lasts a long time but I'll replace it with the same one if I need to.
Works great and cleans up easily. The “trigger” seems to be easier to operate than others I've used. It doesn't take much effort to squeeze it like others I've used.
I bought another hot glue gun but was told by many DYI people that gorillas hot glue gun was the way to go. I agree it holds the project better with no worries. Of course use gorillas glue stick with it. Very happy

after heating up for at least 15 minutes with two sticks of glue in it it did not work at all! what a cheap piece of equipment! I found a better one for a cheaper price!
Glue doesn't come out. I don't know if it's due to size of the sticks. It doesn't specify what size of sticks you will need until you open the box, so the sticks I got along this product are useless. Doesn't come with sticks itself. Don't buy this unless you know exactly what you are getting
Doesn't work. It just ate 2 glue sticks and nothing comes out the nozzle.
rip off! glue started melting inside the chamber and poured out the back. no glue came out the nozzle. very disappointed in this product.
I used my new glue gun once and I have multiple projects that I need a glue gun. The glue back logged and now the glue won't come out!
