I'm very happy with this purchase. It's a very sturdy shelf. When they say you might want a rubber mallet in the directions, they definitely mean it. You'll need something to help the pieces into place, it is a snug fit, but that's what helps it not wobble. I put most of it together by myself, but a second pair of hands is helpful for some parts of the assembly. Definitely a great buy for the price!

I was looking for this particular size for a long, long time. Glad Walmart had it in stock and free shipping - loved that! So I ordered 2 of these. Did I say I loved the free shipping? I needed this size for the garage 12 inches deep to allow the cars to still be accessed without the shelf unit in the way. I have many Gorilla products in the basement. Since the financial crises Gorilla has cheapened their product but, they are still good for the garage. I would buy these again, I mean if you only have one choice what else are you going to do?
The shelving was just the right size to place in my closet to store my craft supplies (I purchased two of the units). Since there is no verbiage on the instructions make sure you study the pictures carefully--I was able to put it together by myself in about 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this shelving unit--great buy and free shipping to my home!!!
Great product for the money. Quick delivery. We use it for our office to put paper products, etc. It was very easy to assemble. Exceptional value. I plan on buying several for home use when I clean out my basement.
These shelves were everything I wanted. They were very easy to put together - I am a 50 year old woman and accomplished the task alone with no trouble at all. We are using them for pantry shelves, storing canned goods and such on them, and are very strong and sturdy. We are VERY happy with our purchase and wouldn't hesitate to buy more if the need arose.
So many free-standing metal shelf units are too big or too flimsy or a nightmare to assemble, or all three. This unit is just the right size and it's also stout enough to support the heavy items I'm storing on it. And it assembled with relative ease. It is backed up to a wall and secured with screws to studs within the wall for stability.
We bought the same brand of shelves from Sams Club several months back and when they stopped carrying them, thought we could add to the collection with these. Same dimensions and still decently sturdy, but not as nice. Definitely cheaper quality and they don't look as nice, but will do the trick.
I had to return. Parts bent. just junk. No a good buy at all JUNK.. I needed extra storage for my laundry room. The width could no be longer the 30 inches. I was able to locate a much better unit at SEARS. with someday pick up.
