I like this grill. It is easy to clean. I was surprised that the grilling plates were not removable.

Love the non-stick surface. The Gotham does not heat up as hot as the George Foreman does, even after several useage.

the grill service is very small and I wish there was a high and low button because I burned my first hamburgers. But it does not stick and it is great for a small meal. I would buy it again as a college student or single person gift.
To be fair, the item may work like a charm... but I returned it without using it because it is MUCH smaller than what it appears in the photo. The 4 burgers displayed must be "slidders" because the hotplates are small.
The food slides forward and out the front. You have to keep pushing the food towards the back. I prop a shim under the 2 front legs so that the slant isn't as severe then the food stays put!
this product definitely does not do what it promises. items do stick and it is super hard to clean. with no temperature control it burns a ring on what you are cooking leaving remainder uncooked. waste if hard earned money.
