My big daughter loves it. Very easy set-up and easy to use and maneuver around the city. Would be recommend this bike to newbies and pros!
This is a low end ebike but that said it's fun to ride and seems reasonably safe. Not sure about longevity so I bought the extended warranty. There are a few issues and annoyances like the kickstand mount is positioned wrong and unless your left foot is forward on pedal your heel will sometimes catch on kickstand mount. Battery rattles so I put duct tape around it and that helps. Key unlock is in annoying location hard to get key in. Biggest issue is the digital battery meter goes down to 75% after only a quarter mile and was still there after 15 miles. I have yet to get it to fall father. This is a big issue if battery runs out and meter still says 75%. Customer service is great they sent a new display and battery but problem persists even though you can tell your battery is draining by the decrease in speed on longer rides. So for those reasons I took off a star. I would still buy a second for wife if she wanted one.
Great bike so far arrived with a paint chip on main frame or would have been 5 star . Was well packed so I think chip had to have been before packed ? Quality control should have caught that .
It's an entry level bike so not expecting too much but so far I like it. The finish is not great but like I say entry level. For the price it's a good value but I bought an extended warranty just in case. I first bought a white one and finish was better on it but it had a steering issue and had to be returned.
I'm satisfied with the purchase and like this bike. That will be perfect if it would have shock absorbing functions.
