anyone who is best to called the company on the product and they will glad to help whoever he and she i have the walmart is not and i know they let the phone ring to many times is going downhills i had to many breaks down on my ebike from walmart online and differ kind whole ebike then others one tey are sending me another part in the mail thank you for making me happiness under the warranty up to 6/15/2023 nothing but walmart did not shipment back to you walmart put return items back on the shelf
I am extremely satisfied with this electric bike performance and quality. The 20"X3" fat tires are amazing,which provides an incredibly smooth,stable and comfortable. Also the battery is removable,you can replace the battery if needed . Also,the amazing LCD DISPLAY makes us easy to keep track of our speed,distance and battery life,guarantee more safe riding for us. I really recommend this electric bike.
No way to get in contact with a real customer service representative only chat that offers no solution. Not sure if I ever will see refund walmart customer service not helping either.
