For the price, this is a great changing table! It is very sturdy and the assembly was fairly easy. There was one small problem with assembly, but overall it took about 20 minutes. It is a good size and has plenty of room for storage on the shelves. Far more than I expected for the price!
I ordered this in white, along with the Kendal Crib. The changing table is perfect! It took less than an hour to put together (thanks to my hubby!). We haven't used it yet....2 months to go! I love the open shelving. You have plenty room for storage bins, or pretty fabric bins, to stack diapers, lotions, clothes, etc. Very sturdy. You may want to buy a new changing pad. The one that came with the crib is pretty thin. But overall I would highly recommend this!
sturdy - easy to assemble - looks very nice
After buying a crib/changer combo I decided I wanted to use the attached changer as a stand for the lamp, decor, etc so I started looking for a reasonably priced but QUALITY changer to add. This changer is listed as licorice and it is an espresso colored wood (which is what I have!) it is a deep/dark brown - not black. I put the changer together by myself with no issues (one hole was slightly off but with a little muscle :) I got it lined up) - I am 7 and a half months prego. It is sturdy but I do highly recommend buying a larger, contoured changing pad, it makes it look much fuller. It is good quality with tall shelf space for decor baskets/storage. And the best part, it was everything I needed and wanted ...and was cheap! (it arrived very quickly, too) YAY!
I bought this for my sister, and she absolutely loves it! She likes that it's high enough to make changing the baby easier and more comfortable; and it matches her baby furniture perfectly. I also bought her the Basic Comfort - Four Sided Changing Pad with a cover, and it's a great fit.
I was so happy to find a "matching" changing table to the crib. I love that the furniture matches not only color exactly but the style. This is very sturdy and was really easy to put together. I can also use it when the baby gets bigger as storage for toys and books.
Really like this product. I got in on time and it only took my husband 15 min to have it fully assembled. It looks great with the rest of my black furniture. It is very sturdy and great for storage. I think it is a great changing table for the money.
I bought this table after reading the disappointed reviews from people that thought it would be black. I have an espresso crib and dresser, and this matches nicely. The only problem I encountered when putting it togeter was that one screw hole did not match up, so the screw wouldn't go in- I had to take a drill and enlarge the hole, when perhaps someone else would have taken it back to the store. Item looks beautiful and is very sturdy- I left the wheels off- it has rubber pads on the bottom.
First thing I did not like about this item is that it is not black. The color is listed as "licorice" and is in the black furniture section. It is not black. It is a very dark brown so it did not match the black furniture in the nursery. Second thing that disappointed me was that when I was assembling the unit, I dropped a piece of the wood frame on the floor and it cracked.
