I upgraded from an older analog model (Graco as well) and woow!! What a difference! We don't get any disturbing noise during the night, but it picks up our baby's every sound. No static at all! Love it love it love it! Have had it for about a month now.
I bought this monitor for my daughter when she was born 3 years ago. It worked so good that I bought the same one for my son a few weeks ago. I use both monitors daily (one in each child's room) to keep an ear on things. I love this product! Works great!
I just ordered my Graco Monitor a few weeks ago and so far I am very happy with its performance! I am a first time mommy so I use it frequently and wanted to be sure I could always hear my baby's cry. I have tested it in many areas of the house and even at my next door neighbors and the quality of the sound is great! I haven't noticed any interference with other devices, it was also a great price! I would definitely recommend this product!! Also shipping was very quick, it arrived a week or so before expected!
I purchased this after my video monitor broke and I couldn't stand the thought of spending another $150 to replace it. I liked this monitor so much I bought two more for grandparents homes. I often am outside during nap time, and the range and vibrate option are great for that. I appreciate that the vibrate is easy to switch on and off. The audio is clear and the monitor is simple to use. Highly recommend!
I had such agony over which monitor to choose. Initially I thought you get what you pay for but in this case I got a great monitor for a great value. My house is three stories high so the range was very important to me. The sound is crisp and clear! Even with the white noise of the fan in the background it only picks up baby's voice. It's so relieving to get housework done and watch some tv while baby is napping with the comfort of knowing I can hear what's going on. The vibration feature is a bonus too. Overall I'm so glad I made this purchase.
The range on this monitor is so great. I have active 1.5 year old who likes to play outside while baby is sleeping so it's nice to be able to accommodate her while keeping tabs on baby.
Used this monitor for 3 weeks while my grandson was here and the adapter for the child's unit stopped working. Only worked with batteries. Since my daughter has had the same monitor for about 5 years with no problems I did return the original and purchased another one. Fingers crossed this one lasts.
I bought this over a year ago and it was twice the price it is now. After about a year the part of the monitor that is in the room with the baby will cut off, on its own, and back on. You'll know if this happens because the part of the monitor you have will have a light that's normally green turns red and it will start beeping, if the baby's end of the monitor isn't on. It hasn't done this very much so I have kept on using it. That is the only problem I've had with it. Outside of that, it's been a great monitor and I'm happy I have it.
Purchased this to help with monitoring mother in law at night after getting her home from hospital/rehab. No matter what I try, the parental unit has a lot of wind-like noise in background. This is very annoying to listen to at night on your nightstand while you trying to sleep. You have to turn volume down to lowest setting to only barely hear wind noise & this defeats purpose of buying. Also, the volume is not very good even at highest setting & when you do turn volume up to hear better....then the wind-storm is louder. Needless to say, This Unit Is Going Back To Walmart!!
Not worth the $, did set up according to instructions, (aslo owned the previous model, that lasted us 2 years). The battery is ALREADY dead & i have been using it for 2 weeks!! Previous model had a docking station for the charging of the parent unit, this one does not come with one. Also, can not be attached to the adapter & ON at the same time. I am returning it today!! Not worth it.
