I've used this for a few months now and I think it's absolutely the best pan I've ever used. So far it's holding up beautifully, the bottom hasn't even gotten stained, it cleans right off with just a bit of rubbing with a mr. clean eraser. I follow all of the recommendations for heat, oils and I only use non stick utensils even though it says I can use metal. I won't do it. Even eggs, pour straight out on a plate. I have 2 of these now, the 12 and 10 inch pans and will eventually get saucepans and large soup pots.
I bought 2 at the same time 12 inch and this 11 inch. I can't say enough about this , very durable and clean up is a breeze. Will buy more of granite stone products.

Figured this was Overrated but after using is. Very good product in actuality first couple of uses seemed normal for any skillet but the more you use it the better it seems to work recommend
Great skillet. The nonstick is exactly what I was looking for and it works great. The pan is not too heavy, too. Some pans are so heavy that they are hard to use, but this is just right
A sturdy and well designed pan. High sides, heat conducting bottom, wonderful nonstick surface. Handle is well placed and secure. Oven safe to 500 degrees.
I've gone through 3 Calphalon pans of the lower end quality in about 18 months. I'm not ready to invest in their pricier versions which still have warranties. (The lesser pans no longer carry a warranty.) Anyway, the Granite Stone got pretty good reviews and the price point was better! It's been a month and it cooks great! It is a thin pan so I didn't know if it would cook well. But the heating is even and mostly non stick. I'll take that over the traditional Teflon pans. I will note that my apartment stove top isn't the best and probably contributes to my pans dying. This one is starting to warp but I think it's the stove despite me changing out the burners. It's not level and that does affect performance. However, when this one eventually dies I won't feel so bad about it. (I use this pan daily on medium heat to make breakfast.) And if you don't have a crappy stove your pan should last much longer. Over all I really like it and recommend Blue Granite!
Isn't non stick - I bought a 8” non stick pan (tramontina) 6 months ago that worked much better. Also smells like chemicals when you pre heat it. Isn't real stone whatsoever. Got warped after day 3. Total Waste of money. Only thing it has going for it is being 10”. Get the tramontina, at least it will last a good 6 months to a year compared to this
Junk items stick and burn Waste of money
This item is listed incorrectly, falsely advertised, and very misleading! This item is Granite Rock and not GraniteStone. GraniteStone is better and probably why so many bad reviews. The real GraniteStone will be engraved on handle and bottom of pan, I attached a couple pictures. Thank you!
