Shoppers should know if they can give instructions to the person doing the shopping for us in order for them to know how to pick the items for us! I know they must work fast in order to fill more orders abd make more money, but it is not fair for us to pay for a produce that is too small fir the price we paid! Im gratefil for them and bless them cause I am 81 and unable to druve to do my groceries, and sometimes I run out of food and have to shop online and the griceries come always on time! Today I ecoected my son and his wife for breakfast snd they showed up by 9:10, cause the groceries arrived on tine, thsnk God, they found breakfast ready! Thanks Eslmart fir your great snd fast service! And to the shoppers snd drivers too!
Better to go inside the store and not get your milk at the pickup spot. I love the milk but I lost some due to the milk was mishandled and had groceries (canned and jars) put on top of the milk. The person was very pleasant but obviously not up on putting your milk in last and making sure that it’s safe
This is the second time I have purchased this milk and it has soured before the expiration date. Did not return the first one, but I am returning this one. I will no longer purchsae the store brand even though it is cheaper, or is it if I only get to use half or less.
One of the half gallons was broken and leaked everywhere in my car and by the time I got home with it over a third of the milk was gone already. Very inconvenient as now I have to clean up milk out of my car…
This is the second time I've had a half gallon of milk and found that a fourth of it is missing. the lids are not leak proof and therefore banging them around during delivery and or loading gave me a bag full of liquid in multiple things were soaked with milk. There was milk on the floor outside my door and then when I picked up the bags to bring them in there was milk all through my kitchen, and then all over my stove, I've had to wipe every product down with a Clorox wipe and wait for it to dry before putting it away. I don't have an answer to the leakage problem, but I would think that they could put the milk right side up in the car and right side up outside the door.

Bought this milk on the 27th of October. Expiration date 11/8/2022. We don’t use it much but like to have it. Opened it today on the 6th of November so my daughter could eat some cereal and she said her cereal smelled funny. I poured some of the milk into a glass and sure enough it is sour. This is not the first time this has happened the milk soured before the expiration date. Entire half gallon wasted.
Milk was closed but half empty, the rest was in the bag. Driver did not know why it was like that just said contact Walmart. Ordered Cereal and now can not enjoy it 😢 Everything else Great … first time using Delivery.
I have no problem with the brand of milk. what I have a problem with is receiving a half gallon of milk with a small rusted color pinhole, that leaked on other groceries. For those wondering no I did not drink the milk after noticing the hole. I was disappointed because it was clear to see the milk was leaking before arrival to my house.
