This has become my go-to yeast. was getting frustrated trying all the other brands on the shelf. I thought I became a bread jinx. Then as a last resort I thought what the heck I'll try the store brand. I got the best results. Just happened to check bread earlier then instructed and the bread was overflowing the pan.

I ordered this as part of grocery pick-up. It was about 2 weeks before using it %26 the bread was a lump. On attempting another recipe, I found that the yeast was more than 6 months expired when it was sold to me. But it also means these expired items are on the shelf.
