These are not carried in all Walmart Stores, especially the Stores close to me, so I had to actually travel outside my living area, just to get these so I bought two. These are equivalent to Dawn's antibacterial dishwashing liquid, but at a lower price. The items were even ready to go when I went to pick them up the next day at the store. I am very pleased.
I am truly and extremely pleased with this purchase. Good Value Scent is Outstanding Gentle formulation yet effective cleansing I will purchase this product again and will recommend same to my friends, family, coworkers and associates. Suggestion: ship bottle in plastic bag to avoid any tacky surface or dripping. Trick to eradicate GNATs from your home: put a few drops of Green Apple detergent into shot glass with apple cider vinegar. after several weeks, you can throw the liquid away in the kitchen sink, you'll be amazed at the quantity of the little flying corpses.
Takes minute amount, and hands completely covered in lather, amazing.
Like all dishwasher detergents, I buy based on price. This used to be cheapest (for liquids) but now Palmolive eco is giving this a run for the money... so I've been buying that. But when I was using this I felt it did a good job and I would recommend it. I had zero complaints. I also make my own dishwasher detergent too, but occasionally will switch back to the store bought stuff from time to time. It's strange but I get residue on my glasses after a time with the store bought stuff... I switch to my homemade... and the spots and residue goes away... but then comes back then I switch to the store bought again for awhile and it's fine for awhile then it comes back. It's odd. Anyway Great Value brand is as good as any.... but if you buy based on price do check the other brands to make sure this is the cheapest.
This is great! I was a little leary at first. But boy, I'll tell you what. The first time I used it, all concerns vanished. Great on grease, lots of bubbles and you don't need much. Better than Dawn because it's half the price~ok not half the price but close.
Great Value does make some very good dish detergents. I think the 'pink' one I prefer the best but I like to switch up. This round, I ordered both the 'pink' and this 'green'. I prefer both of these over their 'blue' but it's pretty good too. In regards to cleaning grease from dishes and pans, these products work extremely well, just about as well as Dawn, in my opinion. These also work better on grease then Ajax and I do purchase Ajax dish detergents too. So if you are looking for a pretty good grease cutter without the higher price tag, the Great Value dish detergents are probably your best bet.
Product is just as good as Dawn, but less costly. It cuts the grease on pots and dishes. I love the refill size.
This is a very concentrated dishwashing soap. It smells good. It really does a much better job at cleaning greasy pots and pans than any other soap I've tried. Plus, it is much cheaper than other brands. The only problem I've had is that the local Wal Mart does not carry enough of it.
I'm using it both for dishwashing soap and for hand soap. I don't really find the color aesthetically pleasing, but I like it green for washing hands, and when I'm washing out one dish at a time, because with the green color I can easily see where and how much I've squirted against most surfaces (including my hands). When a liquid soap is "golden" or clear-colored, it's hard to see and I'm sure I use far more soap than I need to because I want to make sure I'm using enough so I squirt too much. Of course this wouldn't work if my dishes were green! This soap is also nice and thick, which serves the same purpose as the green color for me, as I can feel where it is on my hands, and also I know when it's rinsed off well. One more thing: the price is very reasonable.
When I added this to my cart, I mistakenly believed this was automatic dishwashing liquid for cleaning the dishes. Well, I used it as such once and the results were okay. THEN.....I went to use again and that is when I noticed the words, "This is NOT for automatic dishwashers". I was horrified! I continued to read its main purpose was to wash the dishes by hand all while disinfecting them! It was also to be used as a disinfecting handwash! It actually does clean the hand washed dishes, silverware and lightly dirty pots & pans quite well. It is an awesome handsome which actually does leave your hands germ-free and softer than one would think. It is truly a bargain. Yes, I do recommend. By the way, it is nicely fragranced as well.
