As a former manager of a health food store, I always instructed my customers to use cider vinegar in any recipe which calls for vinegar, as white vinegar is actually toxic to the body when taken internally. (Use it for cleaning!!) This product is tangy and full of health benefits!

I use this to rinse my hair twice a month it's an old tradition try it it strips your hair of build up and makes it silky soft put conditioner on after for the smell
I needed a little bit of this apple cider vinegar so I just got a small bottle of the walmart brand. I saved some money and got lucky! It is just as good as any other brand that I have tried before. Tastes and smells the same.

Hmm. I had previously used an organic cider vinegar but the price keeps rising. I use a bit of this in the kitchen - collards, spinach and such. But I also use it for cleaning and gnat traps in the summer. And sometimes it is part of a homemade hair mask or rinse. The price was great on this item and the bottle is large. The flavor is fine for the kitchen plus it was nice not having to mix up all the debris like in the organic version. It performed fine enough cleaning. It did not do well in the beauty usage, though. It seemed very watered down or diluted compared to the other brand. It did not leave the scalp as refreshed or the hair as shiny, either. So overall this will depend on what you're using it for. I think the organic other brand is the better choice for me but this would be fine if you just need some kitchen vinegar. I'm taking off 1 star because it did not serve me as the other one did with regards to feeling diluted.
