Good product. Tastes just like the expensive big name brand.
Bought these on a whim to save money for snacks. All I can say is I am very impressed. These far exceeded my expectations. Grand kids love them and always look for them now when they come to visit. Price, taste and freshness is outstanding!
bring them back!!!!! They were so delicious! the name brand are not good! Wal-Mart had a homerun with this product! Now I'm stuck eating broccoli!
In a Walmart far far away (Rio Grande, NJ), an epic battle between two great snack cakes exists. The dark snack cake overlord orders you to enjoy the Great Value brand better, because its larger than the Hostess Brand Ding Dong and the icing / cream filling tastes better too. I've traveled from one end of the galaxy to the other, and no better snack cake deal exists. Except on an old R3 unit. The reason Han Solo made the Kessle run in under three parsecs is because he heard Walmart got a new space shipment of Great Value Snack Cakes.
I have found the Great Value brand snacks have consistently been better than Hostess. These devil's food snack cakes are no different. They are have more chocolate taste and are moister.
These are excellent tasting cakes . Have purchase 2 packages when there on the shelf because usually the shelf is empty.
Very good, as close as you can get to Hostess Ding Dongs, and though I love them I am a Diabetic so I must use pills & insulin and use portion control, but I would rather eat the whole box of them at one time, it's mind over matter.,,,except if you don't mind it still matters, so eat with restraint & caution.
