Our order was picked up this morning on January 12. The milk “best to use” date was January 7. I never buy milk that's five days pass the “best to use” date. Now, my husband has to make a special trip to get another gallon of milk.
Please make sure that milk does not expire for at least a week
I buy 2 gal. Of NF milk /-2 times a mo. Today, both containers were delivered with dried/yellow milk on them, and one had it on the cap, along with dirt on the handle. In my experience, this is a sign that the container has leaked. I, personally, would not have chosen them, nor should they have been put on the shelf. At some point, these containers have been compromised. I purchase the milk for my 83 yo mom, and have delivery because I am disabled. Returning, something I should not have received, in the first place, is very complicated.
They gave a mail that expires tomorrow
lately, date on milk is good for 2 days. I only shop once a week. I try to use the milk past expiration date but it's not always good past date. please, longer dates are needed for people on limited income. I have attached a picture of last week and this week milk. today is February 1.
Both milk has expiration days within week and it expired May 5 th which I purchased on May 1 st at pick up time 8-9 pm
This was replaced with 2 half gallons. When my car was getting loaded I heard liquid get dumped out on the parking lot. It turns out it was one of the half gallons. Milk was all over my trunk upon getting home. The other half gallon expired 10 days before its sell by date. It must have sat out somewhere at the store before I got it.
This is the second time I have received Great Value FF milk that expired the same day I paid for delivery! When I asked for a refund, they sent me a barcode to return it to the store.
Urbana Ohio Walmart charges 62 cents more a gallon of milk than the Bellefontaine store. Dont understand why the difference, but it is one of the reaosns I don't shop in Urbana very often. Milk is a staple in our house, especially when a kid is home for the summer and we go thru 4 or 5 gallons some weeks. That’s $3 more than the next store up the road. The photos are of the prices this morning when I went to check those prices after noticing that on my pick up order from yesterday. add to it the bagels I got yesterday were dated use by that day. Rather disappointing that the pick up people don't pay more attention to details on dated items.
It is within its expiration date and is completely spoiled. The whole thing is curdled. Today is the 27th and it expires the 31st.
