These are definitely a great substitution for a more expensive, named brand. Works perfectly fine, no leaks or anything. I keep on purchasing these quite often
These are of good quality. Zipper works well. They help me separate large items and freeze the unused items without damaging them in the cold. I use these all the time for large meat or fish purchase to maintain freshness.
First thing they are as good a quality as the more expensive ones. I buy these and the ones you double seal closed but with my arthritis I like this option better. These are my favorites.
I do not not buy these bags to use in the freezer, but they do have so many other uses. When i buy things that come in multiple packs, like instant oatmeal or multiple candy bar packs, I store them in these bags. I use a cooler ice chest and store things in the bags putting them in the cooler when im out doing things. I put potato chips in the bags too, as the bags chips in are cheaply made and tear too easily.
The agent who just delivered my order at 6411 S River Dr %2329, Tempe was fabulous! For the 2nd time only, HE FOLLOWED DIRECTIONS on WHERE to deliver the packages! He also said “the gate code isn't listed on the app!” IT IS! I put it in myself! This is driving me crazy!!! The gate code is: %233636!!! You have to hit the %23first or it won't open!
sturdy. trying not to use any more plastic than absolutely necessary! b/c of their "forever" qualities in landfills...and oceans?! Biodegradable bags would be better though more expensive, which would make people think harder @ whether "something else" could work just as well!
These bags leak liquid from zipper seam when zipper is closed. This happens in both the red zipper bags (for regular storage) and the blue zipper bags (for freezer storage). The first picture shows where coffee has leaked out while in freezer, although there was not more than 2 ½ cups liquid in bag. There are a couple of ways to prevent this from happening. One, turn the bag on its bottom, and freeze upright, being very careful to unthaw in same upright position. I prefer to freeze bags flat because it takes much less room in freezer to stack flat bags, quicker time to unthaw, and with certain frozen liquids, easily just break off amount needed for cooking, drinks, smoothies, etc. The second picture shows how I must fold and pin the zipper seam (leak proof method) in order to use the remainder of these terrible bags. I donât recommend these bags, nor will I be purchasing again.
I brought these bags today and went to use one. Pulled one out the box, and it was already pulled apart from the zipper. checked a few more, same thing. Wish I hadn't threw my receipt away. Waste of money😡
The produce was terrible! Lettuce is bad, so are the asparagus, and the tomatoes. Total wasted trip
I will be returning these for the brand name because they leaked disgusting raw chicken liquid onto my fridge shelf that I'm going to have to disinfect. Bags should be leak proof! Poor quality!
