Really like it ! Probably these came from Hawaii ..We use it for cooking and coffee ..
Excellent sugar source for all of our cooking and sweetening needs. We enjoy it in our cereals, homemade chocolate milk, and hot cocoa. Highly recommended!
i began using the organic cane sugar a few months ago and i havent looked back, healthier, greener and i have been to cut my intake too.
I purchased 2 bags one was fine, the other bag was slit on the side and most of sugar was at the bottom of the shipping carton. This sugar is fine and I was happy to be able get it shipped to me.
Had a small tear in the bottom of the bag, just lost a small amount. Please be careful when packaging.
The website and packaging both stated that this is a 4 pound bag of sugar. When I got the bag I transferred the contents to a previously purchased 3 pound sugar container but no sugar remained in the package. Then I weighed the contents and confirmed that there was only 3 pounds of sugar in the bag. There is either a mistake in packaging or labeling. In either case, this problem should be rectified.
I've ordered this a couple times successfully in the past and it was a good deal. Not the same experience with my more recent orders where 2 of 3 bags arrived with 1 inch holes plus lots of little pin holes allowing sugar to escape and get all over the other items in the box. The plastic packaging feels different, possibly thinner and more brittle than I recall previous orders. Anyway regardless it was a mess when it arrived, and I cleaned up the other items and threw the spilled bags away to not attract ants. Fast forward a couple days later I just went to initiate a refund request and I see they want the open bags of sugar that spilled everywhere shipped back or brought into the store... I guess I'm out 2 bags of sugar because that's not really reasonable all things considered. Who's going to keep that kind of mess around while they schedule a return or drive that to a store? Purchased in the store this product is a good deal (if not damaged) but getting it shipped has been a messy mistake more times than not so far.
Nothing wrong with the sugar. Its the shipping that sucks. Received it with the bag ripped open because it was not wrapped properly. Created a big mess.
My box was not packaged well my sugar had a hole in it and sugar was all over
Walmart charged me for this, yet it was not in my pick up. Be sure to check over your pick up orders
