The bean dip was great and even cheaper then the other brands. It worked well with the Tostitos chips.
We love the name-brand bean dip, but it is so expensive for that small can. My husband suggested we try the Great Value bean dip. We know that store-brand can be hit-and-miss with quality, so we weren't expecting much. Imagine my surprise when I got home, dunked a chip, and realized that this dip is delicious! Texture and taste is no different; the only detail I noticed is that the Great Value bean dip has oil that needs to be stirred up. Other than that, we are happy with and will continue to buy the Great Value bean dip.
Ive been using great value bean dip for about 6 months, It works well for me in dips, salsa, and as a mix for spagette or spanish rice and cumin. also great right out of the can with chips
This product was actually quite good, but now there is a new version on the shelves labeled the same as the old but with the stock # 078742189468. This version is bland and flavorless. It has good heat, but tastes like library paste. I will be returning it tomorrow.
Not as good as Frito's bean dip. It seems to be a little watery and didn't have the flavor as Frito's product.
Usually I am fine with most of the generics or store brands. But this one fell significantly short compared to the name brand bean dip in a can. This is much thinner, and will slowly ooze off of a chip. The flavor's okay. Not fantastic, but it does taste like a bean dip... just like one that someone forgot to season. It's just bland, but the thin, runny texture is absolutely not pleasant. I was only able to eat a LITTLE before I put it away, and most likely the remainders will slowly go to the dogs. :-(
This is waaaay too watery and no flavor!
