I much prefer the Great Value Kalamata olives to most of the other brands. They are similar in flavor to the Cat Cora brand, which has always been my favorite. I have tried many brands. Most have a brine that is so intense it is difficult to taste the olives. The Great Value olive has a milder brine that I love!
Less salt than regular olives. That is fine and healthy.
Were great olives, could not tell a difference between Mezzetta Kalamata olives and these!
I like the olives, BUT THESE ARE NOT COMPLETELY PITTED. I throw these in my salad and almost lost a tooth because there was a pit in one of them. Quality control, people, come'on...
This is a poor comparison to the Kalamata olives by Mezzetta. I do not recommend using this as a substitute
These are gross. They don't taste like a kalamata olive. They taste closer to a black olive. A gross version.
