I tried this a while ago instead of Ridx. I have been using it ever since. I have a friend who is a plumber and he said "check the chemicals in each one". That tells it all

I've been using this about every other month or so and I must say, I've not had any problems with the septic system. I'd say it works every bit as well as Rid-X and it cheaper too! Give it a try..I've had good luck with it now for about 2 years.
