So I ended up in the hospital withe a broken ankle, torn tendon, broken leg and bruised pelvic bone. if you're diabetic with ckd, the sweetener in this raises your potassium. I drank them for months and one day my right leg goes out, I had hyperkalimia (Potassium levels of 8) which throws the body's electrical system off, hence intermittent signals to the muscles, hence fall/break. If your kidneys are fine and are regulating your Potassium levels without a problem, you will be fine, just beware if your kidneys are sluggish. but the product tastes almost as good as the sugary drinks I would prefer, and definitely tastes better than plain water.
So I got this packet since I have a half gallon water bottle and am tired of drinking regular water. One packet is enough and the flavor is not too intense... by the flavor reminds me of the Hubba Bubba Max watermelon gum... so I guess if you want your drink to taste like watermelon gum then this is the flavor for you but it's not for me
