Bought this to bake with and it works great. Will purchase again.
Honestly? I didn't think I was going to like this. I used it as a coating for chicken and added some seasonings, I added garlic powder a little seasoned salt, black pepper, and a little bit of parsley. I did my chicken cutlets the way I normally do, but I use this instead of bread crumbs. It. Was. DELICIOUS! And no carbs! I used my air fryer, instead of frying them as well. About 10 minutes on each side.
I usually buy Blue Diamond Almond flour off Amazon. Great Value is perfect for my Chaffels and Wonder Bread. I can't speak to how it bakes.
Like this product first time user Yummy on chicken.
I enjoy this for making my keto sandwich bread but for desserts it's not fine enough so it doesn't absorb enough moisture and the texture is wrong.
Suppose to be gluten free yet it's processed in a facility that also processes what which defeats the purpose of being gluten free. I've been newly diagnosed work NCGS and try my best to avoid every grain and thought i could trust labels of gluten free which I now know I have to be more diligent with labels. It's such shame since I love how almond flour doesn't have that gritty texture of typical gluten free flours when baked. I can't risk getting sick from cross contamination. 5 stars for taste and outcome of baked goods but 3 stars for being made in a cross contaminated facility.
I'm sure it's a fine almond flour, but I only purchase almond flour for making macarons. After 3 failed batches, I realized that this almond flour is too oily for macarons. So if that's what you are looking for, pick a different brand.
It says on the front that it is gluten-free, but on the back, it says it is made in a facility that produces wheat. ‼️Celiacs beware‼️
Was packed in with stain remover and it leaked
Got sick from after using this in my baking. I couldn't figure out why ( I have celiac disease). Finally this last time I bought it I read the label. It claims it's gluten free but is processed in a facility with wheat!!!! Seriously!?!? This should not be legal.
