I tastes good. I sprinkle small amounts on my tea, water, whatever. It seems fresh. I used to get instant energy from wheatgrass shots at the mall. I so far have not used amounts large enough to get this effect, but probably will.
I was led to this supplement when I needed to lower my body ph. I was living with upset stomach and reflux (surely from the stress of my too busy schedule) and have been working toward dietary changes to reduce this problem and it was steadily getting better. I was so excited when I got my first batch and quickly stirred it into a full glass of water, only to learn that it smelled and tasted very much like I would imagine the grass that gets clumped up in the deck of your lawnmower would taste like.... awful, and I was very disappointed. Then I took it home and decided to try different ways to get it down, flavored juices, hot drinks etc. Then I tried a small glass jar and poured about 1/4 cup very cold water in it. Then I crushed the wheat grass with the back of my teaspoon and added it to the jar, shook the jar to dissolve the grass and then down the throat like a shot first thing in the morning, before before my morning coffee. This worked perfectly and my upset stomach was gone the first time I did this. I am just about to finish my first jar and I have not had an upset stomach since I started taking it. Thanks and I will be back for more!

This stuff taste horrible even in juice.. I wish I had never bought it.. I rather go to whole foods and buy the leaves and juice them
